[Suggestion] Make default quality bump up when desired quality isn't available #407

I set my default player quality to 720p but many streams don't have this quality. I get why it would bump down but ofc if it's between 720p60 and 480p I'm going for 720p60 or higher. I don't know how this could be fixed or addressed but I would definitely prefer it to be bumped up.

maybe could just have a setting that makes it fallback to a higher quality instead
