Moderation functions #443

How about to add some moderation functions? Like mute and ban users in chat.

you can use commands like /timeout and /ban in chat

You can, but it's very slow and error prone. I looked for any app on F-Droid that would make common mod tasks (ban/timeout/shoutout) a bit easier on mobile, but it doesn't seem like any of them do. Hoping this get considered at some point.
