Incorrect time on non-user messages #447

User messages show my correct time, for example 22:00, but anything other than user messages (channel points, new subscribers, point redeems, etc.) show my time in UTC without any offset, 20:00 in my case

i think this is fixed now. not sure if there's still some other messages that have wrong time zone
