Feature request: Updater

Would be cool if there is Updater that notifies you when there is new app update. Since this app updates very frequently sometimes I miss the update and forget to update the app to latest version.

Explanation of the feature:

• Author posts the new release.
• The app checks and compares between the newest release fetched from GitHub and current version.
• If Xtra detects the app is outdated, it sends the following notification:

  New update (version no) is available! Click this notification to download and install the update.

• Clicking on notification will automatically download from GitHub releases and will prompt you to install the app. (Similar app like NewPipe does the same)
• Done. You can also disable/enable update notification at any time in settings.
