Tor has " Tor Expert Bundle" for the purpose of bundling together inside other apps.

Describe alternatives you've considered

built-in i2pd

what would you use this for in xtra? i think this would add a lot to the apk size

Built-in Tor Expert Bundle it will add 20MB.

Maybe #468 is the best solution.
