Improve design of chat input #538

Currently the input is a simple underline with the smile button next to, so the underline doesn't span under it.

With some minor changes this could be improved, maybe with some design cues from material 3 like the rest of the app.

A rounded container with a slightly different background and the emotes button inside would look reasonable if good margins are applied.

As additional feature or improvement add some advertisement when you enter to the channel and you have a timeout and you cannot write on the channel, something like on the original one. Thanks!
