[Issue] Flickering media control panel with multiple active Xtra players #571

Description: Media control in notification panel goes wild by having more than one active Xtra clients.

Steps to reproduce:

Duplicate and run two Xtra clients (using stock Private/Work profiles)
Play videos on both apps at the same time
Media control for both Xtras keep switching their places on their own

Expected result: It should stand still.

i guess the media3 library is doing something crazy like trying to update the notification every second. it doesn't seem to happen with clips
