Inconsistent use of emoji for "at least one is required".

Thanks for the bug report! However, the :hash: emoji used for the find member command actually represents "exactly one of the flags" (specifying more than one possible flags is not allowed) whereas the :asterisk: emoji used for the edit person command represents "at least one" (specifying more than one possible flag is allowed).

There is no inconsistent use of emojis since the emojis used differ due to the difference in what they denote.
