I suppose defining the word "Team" would be nice here.

Team's Response

Thank you for your comment!

While it was not something that came up in discussion, after discussion our team still believes "Team" is a common enough english word (without any technical implications) that does not require definition in the glossary.

A similar argument can be made about "member" and "leader" (that it does not need to be included), but we decided to add a definition just to be safe to distinguish between leaders (our target users) and members (who might not be our target users).

As such, we do not believe this to be a bug in our documentation.

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: I am sorry but I do not understand your reasoning here.

Team may very well imply

  1. the development team (which developed this piece of software), or

  2. the team defined by the user in the software.

Note that this is from the developer's guide. Hence the role of both kinds of teams are very different and needs to be clarified. It’s important to keep in mind the target audience.
