feat: ecs (flecs)

• [ ] Use flecs for ECS capabilities, replacing the current entity tree system
• [ ] Uee flecs to serialize and deserialize entity objects to/from json

Actually I want to use entt now since it's more lightweight and battle-tested, sorry flecs
