Give each file type its own mime type so the commnent can be unique

I noticed with the old mime file, every file extension would have the same comment of "VPKEdit Pack File", which wasn't accurate for everything. Therefore, I have modified the packfile and dekstop file to make each extension its own mime type, all apart of vpkedit.
