add: pencil mode (for drawing) purpse

This issue is for evaluation of adding feature of pencil component to the canvas. When selected, user can draw on the canvas or drawing area.

Since this will be rendered using Two.js's Path and vertices, we need to make sure that user is able to

• use pencil to draw wherever on drawing board
• ability to capture the path (of drawn area) and sync it on cloud (database)
  • Save: Which will save the path in local state which we can eventually capture and store it on database.
  • Load: ability to read path data and render it (as it was drawn earlier) using Two.js (reading data from database)

Adding more sub features it need to have

• ability erase what was drawn
• undo to the last action
