[5.x]: Sidebar links and sub-menu #14313

What happened?

I'm certainly going to miss the old dark nav, but nice improvements in the new main menu!

When there's an item with sub-menus, and it's active (so the sub-menu items show) the cursor is set to default, where I believe they should be pointer as those sub-pages are still clickable.

I understand when something is "active" that it shouldn't show as pointer (although I personally like seeing if something is clickable it should be pointer).

Secondly, and more of a feature request - now that there's chevrons showing next to menu items that have a sub-menu, it feels strange they aren't clickable to show the sub-menu? We did this in CP Nav

I had the same impression about the chevrons in the sidebar, that they should be clickable

Globally-expandable/collapsible subnavs have been added for the next release! (#14321)
