Disabled showing of gateway in CP payments list #30

Description

It is not possible to take payments in a "card-not-present" situation with PayPal checkout. Therefore this gateway should not be shown in the list of gateways when taking payment in the CP

We have just pushed a fix for this which will be included in the next release of the plugin.
