Fixed bug where products could be deleted before their licenses #78

Description

Product should not be deletable unless the there is no licenses.

I've tested this everything is good. I pushed an ECS fix.

Hopefully, this looks like good news for me, https://github.com/craftcms/commerce/issues/2939 and https://github.com/craftcms/digital-products/issues/75 - looking forward to trying this out 😄
