Database Import Issue #20

Description

I am installing the "seed.sql" file into my nitro environment. I am using Postgres. During the import I am getting a 

ERROR:  syntax error at or near "\"
LINE 289: \.

during the import

Steps to reproduce

  1. install project locally via nitro
  2. import "seed.sql" DB into local "europa" DB.
