Entries field not displaying Element fields #1395

Description

I'm failing to get the "Element Fields" selection to display for any Entries field I want to map to – regardless of if I only have a single Entry Type available for the field. Works fine for Asset fields etc.

Craft version: Craft Pro 4.5.9
PHP version: 8.1.2
Database driver & version: PostgreSQL 14.10
Plugins & versions: 5.3.0
