Redactor removes links itself

Description

When we remove the link from a word and then add link to same word (link to entry), redactor removes all links before this work in same paragraph.

Steps to reproduce

1. type some text with several paragraphs
2. add several links to entries to various words in same paragraph
3. remove link to 2nd word
4. add link to some entry - to same word from which we removed the link
5. we will see that link No. 1 will be removed
