Steps to reproduce

Steps:

1. Go to project configuration (site-config.xml) and set hours12 to false
2. Open an content asset with a date-time form control that has properties Show Date and Show Time activated
3. In case that date and time values are populated, clear values. Input fields should be empty.
4. Click in the date field and click on a day in the calendar
