SSL in ruby 1.9.3 and Travis-CI #7

Hey guys, I don't know if anyone is still interested in maintaining this gem..

It was useful to me, but I faced an issue using ruby 1.9.3 regarding of the SSL version. After struggling a bit, I found the solution and later on I found that someone has faced the same problem too: https://github.com/crafters/cielo/issues/4

Anyway, I added travis-ci to check the solution in different ruby versions and I think it could become a handy tool if you are still interested in maintaining this gem...

Thanks for the pull request. I wish to refactor this code at some point, but it is not one of my priorities at the moment. :(
