What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login to www.skyslope.com/login.aspx, username=mansi@netedgecomputing.com,
pwd=123456
2. click on pending Transactions then double click on this transaction
---->Ansh Ansh, Metairie LA, 70001
3.From the above tabs Click on Checklist tab, when we hover on Attached
document or paperclip (in first record), we see the preview of the document by
using excanvas.js
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it is throwing error in excanvas.js
htmlfile: Unknown runtime error on these lines
el.innerHTML = '';
and
this.element_.insertAdjacentHTML('beforeEnd', lineStr.join(''));
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
we are using asp.net 3.5 and windows Xp version 2002 SP3
Please provide any additional information below.
We are using this feature to generate the preview, its right now working fine
on the listing side on the site
click on Managa listing--> select any listing --> click on the checklist tab-->
then hover the attached document below the View Doc column. i made the same
change on Transaction side , but i am unable to resolve therror. this error is
on high priority, its been 15 days our client is very frustrated.
