Ninja (eventually ?) gets support for a binary manifest format (see https://github.com/ninja-build/ninja/pull/1093). There should be an option in Craftr to export in binary format (or convert to binary after export).

Seems like the PR is not going to get merged anytime soon, let's close this. Can be reopened when it becomes relevant.
