C4DDistro manual_packages with namespaces packages results in __init__.pyc added multiple times #4

This is not a grave bug, but it should be fixed anyway. When you have multiple packages of the same namespace, their __init__.pyc file is added multiple times to the ZIP archive (the same file name really has multiple entries).

No longer applies. Must be taken into account for nr-plugins/c4ddev#4 though.
