Craftr checks the MSVC version and errors when no cl executable could be found. It would be nice if it was possible to use the maxon.c4d module without MSVC in the path for the maxon.c4d.python submodule and its functionality

No longer applies. Functionality of the old maxon.c4d.python module will be put into c4ddev (see nr-plugins/c4ddev#4)
