Won't install on MODX 2.3.1

Tried to install the plugin on our newly installed (100% fresh install) of MODX 2.3.1 on our dev server where we have been running other MODX 2.3.1 setups with no problems. When trying to install, I get this message and just hangs:

Check your PHP error logs. I suspect this is because you're running an older version of PHP. Asset Manager requires PHP 5.3.0 or greater. See Issue #24
