When both redactor (and prob other extras that use jQuery) and Asset Manager are enabled

Closes craftsmancoding/assetmanager#60

any idea on when we can expect the next match release of assetsmanager with this fix?

You can build a version yourself using Repoman. If there's a contract I'm working on that's one thing, but I'm not offering guarantees or deadlines anywhere outside of that.
