Incorrect packagename for updated version #27

Whenever we released a new version of a package and that package was already installed on the site new row got added on the Installer page. Example. Old Version name: Asset Manager new Version name : assetmanager

That's causing 2 rows on the Installer Page.

Solution: Update repoman class and dont sanitize the package_name from composer.json. Lien Number: 304
