Updates to 1.20(.1) and introduces datagen classes for generating loot tables and recipes for each sign type

Flan Compatibility is build with an unofficial 1.20 upgrade, with no method changes from the original implementation.

Fixes item frames rotating once when turned invisible Fixes #31
