Allow playlist management #12

An often requested feature is the ability for users to be able to manage their playlists.

Add tracks to existing playlist Add track to new playlist Delete tracks from playlist when in playlist buffer (probably should have confirmation box) Rename playlist (from playlists buffer) Delete playlist (from playlists buffer)

Might be worth doing most of this through the tray icon menu, as we probably won't need a shortcut for each of these.

Well, adding and removing tracks is done. Other parts still need doing.
