Haha, nah, I don't mind at all. :)
I think that placing the option to use a separate device within the options screen probably would look the best, especially when and if the program takes on a more visual look. Just as a matter of completion, and to hopefully throw up a workaround for others
to use, temporarily, I've set my default sound device to use the dongle, which controls the wireless speaker and set NVDA to use my normal computer speakers or headphones.

It is not currently possible. However, it should be.
I'm imagining this would be set through the options screen. Or would you think it would need to be somewhere else?
