Additional buffers displayed on launch #27

Originally raise by @kaveinthran as part of issue #24.

will be nice if there are preloaded buffers such as artist, home, saved songs and albums buffers besides the playlist buffer when first loaded.

Home may well not be doable, as mentioned in #24. The rest, we can but hope.

Saved albums is pretty self explanatory.

Is artists any artist that you follow on Spotify? Or the artists of your saved albums grouped by artist?
