Re-enable automatic updates #35

The original automatic updates page was hosted on an old free website of mine on zymichost. We should move it to Github's page for this project. GitHub is more stable and and also means the file can be source controlled.

Will version 2.2 detect the server change or will we need to download 2.3 when it is released? I really am loving this program! Spotify has not made any huge strides in becoming accessible anytime soon so this is a welcome addition! I shared this git with a few blind developers too.

Good question regarding v2.2. The truth is, I don't actually know. It all depends if I can regain access to my old website. If I can, then I might be able to use it again for the last time before I bin it. It was unreliable at responding to requests anyway though, which was the main reason why I left it. But if it will work here, then it will allow people to get to v2.3.

If not, then sadly I'll have to rely on social media and word of mouth to let people know about the update and we'll get auto updates working again going forward.
