I've been stuck with this issue for quite some time so need to track it.
Certain playlists, always the same ones, won't display their names in the playlists buffer and when activated, will not bring back any tracks to play. A good candidate to this is following the Discover Weekly playlist, but it's by no means alone.
This may be related to the sheer number of playlists, the recency of the update to the given playlist, or something else that I haven't considered.
