Better behaviour when container is not loaded #8

When Blindspot is unable to load your container of playlists, it comes up with a dialog, but once the dialog is closed it just sits there. A retry/cancel dialog would be optimal, or at the very least it should quit the app, so that if a user tries to relaunch Blindspot it does so.
