[OC 1.5.6] Completed order not redirecting to order confirmation page #5

This module was installed on one of our client's store which is an OC 1.5.6 a couple of months earlier and has been working flawlessly. However, very recently, we have noticed a bug that does not redirect the page to confirmation page (thank you page) even after the amount has been debited and the OC invoice has been sent. Please let me know how this can be resolved.

Does the 2Checkout purchase redirect back to your opencart install or does the customer stay on the 2Checkout confirmation page?

The customer stays on the OpenCart checkout page even after the amount gets debited. No redirection is happening at all.

Also I have face same problems with OC 1.5.6.4. How can I fix the error?

I am unable to replicate this issue. As long as my 2Checkout return method is set to Header Redirect and my approval URL is set on the 2Checkout Site Management page I am redirected successfully. Can you please verify that your 2Checkout configuration is setup correctly per the Readme?
