Unable to push them all at once. :( These are all utf-8. Might not be 100% translated. Close enough to be merged as a starting point. To avoid potential conflicts, will commit php functions after these are merged.

I have to ask @bbannon , how did you get all these translations?

1 by 1 with google translate. Was in bed sick for a couple of weeks and had nothing else to do.
