Swap Makefile for Magefile? #1

It uses Go and is easier to read and extend if you are already using Go.

Why? Makefiles are hard to read and hard to write. Mostly because makefiles are essentially fancy bash scripts with significant white space and additional make-related syntax.

On debian/ubuntu one of the first things I install is build-essential, make comes with that. This edition of automated service scanner was put together in about 6 weeks. Mage looks great but my time will be on the next edition :)
