Definition of 21 is wrong #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get 21 by hitting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Not get 1.5 times bet and not say "***You got 21***".  This should 
only happen when the 2 cards you are first dealt equal 21.  This leads me to 
believe that the is21() function in BlackjackPlayer is incorrect.
