Proper logout #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Close/logout the client during a game or when server is waiting for input

What is the expected output? 
Server gracefully closes out that connection.

What do you see instead?
Lots of problems...

Fixed. It now can log out even if you close out of the app.

Done. Server doesn't bug out when user unexpectedly closes.
