Timeout Problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in
2. Play blackjack
3. Don't say yes or no when it asks if you want to play this round
4. Wait about one minute
5. Type 'y' and hit enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Expected: Blackjack game to commence
-What you get: NullPointerException. Also causes an infinite loop on "Please 
wait for the current hand to finish." if you connect another client after.

This issue also applies to the GUI version just nothing comes on screen and 
will just sit there.

Issue resolved will disconnect user now if you wait for over 30 seconds.
