This work has a "con Ped." at the start of measure 3:
It is encoded with the text direction con and then the pedal down interpretation. The problem is that these should both be the text direction con [Ped]. Since there is no pedal up, the following music keeps the pedal down.
Instead there should be no pedal markings, or interpreted pedal markings (invisible) could be added.
Many of these cases could be identified by measuring the duration between pedal up and down markings (or if there ever is a pedal up after a pedal down at the end of a score).
This is something that will have to be addressed at some point in the digital scores, but I will make note of it here with a good example:
