Highlight NIFC logo when keyboard tabbing.

Currently there is no visual feedback when tabbing over the NIFC logo. Also the language icon is a bit difficult to see that it is highlighted when tabbing, so consider putting a box around it when it is focused on by tabbing.

Consider more contrast when tabbing through the search table than when the mouse for low-sighted people.

Consider keeping the font size of the search results table consistently large when tabbing through the search results (longer lists are automatically placed in a smaller font currently to allow faster browsing when scrolling down the page).

Table columns alternate between black and white backgrounds to make the separation of fields clearer when displaying at a larger font size (tabbed font size is the same at all search result sizes).
