PMP links more prominent #205

Hi Craig, We were asked to highlight the URLs to the Portal Muzyki Polskiej website.

With the commit 76670c3 I moved the URL to the first place of the list, and I made it slightly bigger and bold.

What do you think about this change? And if it's ok with you, can we put it online?

The update to emphasize PMP looks great. It should be up soon.

This change used to work, but now it doesn't on polishscores.org:

But when I use offline version it looks ok:

Do you know, why it's happening?

Maybe the update never arrived at the NIFC computers? The update is on the Github Pages copy of the website:

But not on the NIFC server:

https://polishscores.org/?id=18xx:4232

Perhaps it never made it there? I redownloaded the website from Github and compiled it (also I may have downloaded but forgotten to compile it). Now it is working on the web from polishscores.org:
