Add shelfmark and library info on work page

There should be an information on work page about library and shelfmark. It should also be added to pdf files when generated. It should be placed at the top of the page or in the right corner just above the staves. It could contain siglum, colon and shelfmark - e.g.: PL-Kk: KK.I.5. When mousing over siglum it should show full name (data in POPC-2 spreadsheet).

I will add this to the score server (it takes a second or two to convert a Google spreadsheet into data for the above links, so it is better to cache the same data on the score server where there will be no such delay).

Maybe the English translation of Biblioteka Narodowa should be "Polish National Library" rather than "National Library"?

Similarly, maybe the English translation of Biblioteka Jagiellońska should be "Jagiellonian University Library".

I notice that there is no English translation of "Biblioteka Opactwa Sióstr Benedyktynek św. Wojciecha". Maybe "Benedictine Sisters of St. Wojciech Abbey Library".

Yes, National Library probably should be named "Polish National Library". Jagiellonian University is OK, because it is a traditional name of this institution. There are many Libraries within the Jagiellonian University, and they are called e.g. Jagiellonian University Medicine Library or similar, but there is only one central, which is just Jagiellonian Library. As there is no official translation of Staniątki Library, so "Benedictine Sisters of St. Wojciech Abbey Library" is OK.

Maybe "Jagiellonian University Libraries" (plural) is best. For example see the use of "JU Libraries" on this page: https://katalogi.uj.edu.pl/discovery/search?vid=48OMNIS_UJA:uja&lang=en

This is similar to "Stanford Libraries": https://library.stanford.edu

Based on this webpage: https://rism.info/library_collections/2017/09/28/music-in-the-convent-of-st-adalberts-abbey-in.html, the English name could be "St. Adalbert's Abbey Library, Staniątki", or more concise: "St. Adalbert's Abbey, Staniątki" since it should be obvious that the resources are likely to be in a library within an abbey (or university) (and Wojciech is too complicated for English speakers to say :-). When there is a URL to the homepage of the holding entity, then this can clarify things further.

Siglum index is now available from the score server (temporary location):

This file is updated from the metadata spreadsheet each time new scores are published on the score server. Or the siglum index can be updated independently by typing "make siglum-index" on the score server.

This commit downloads the siglum index from the score server. Here is the display of the index after it has been prepared as a lookup table by siglum on the POPC2 website:

Note that it is store in the variable popc2.VARS.SIGLUM_INDEX. The Polish name for the siglum PL-CZ is found in the variable popc2.VARS.SIGLUM_INDEX["PL-CZ"]["Name-PL"].

If you click on the library name, a link to the website for the library will be displayed in a new tab:

If there is a NIFC-URL-PL entry in the Metadata spreadsheet, that will have priority over the direct link to the library's website.

Mouse-over of the library name will display the meaning of the text (Source library).

The shelf mark is found underneath the library name. Currently does not do anything if you click on it. In the future, there could be a dropdown menu listing all of the works/movements that share a common shelfmark.

Switching to English for the webpage will display the English name of the library (or keep the Polish name if there is no English name):

The URL will go to the English URL for the website (or to the Polish website if no English website is available).
