App keeps freezing and shows 3% battery #12

When i open the app it freezes and 1-2 minutes later it shows 3% battery and freezes again i have 3060ti ryzen 5 5500 it shouldnt be freezing

The program also freezes for me, however it stays frozen for the entire time.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (build 22621.1485)

Edit: The device eventually showed up as shown above and also shows 3% battery level. I was however looking around in Steelseries GG in the meantime, not sure if this would've affected performance. The device is also charging while I'm doing this, which might influence the battery level showing 3%.

Tried running the program with the headset turned off, also freezes the program immediately. The same goes for having it turned on but not charging.

Let me try and reproduce and figure out what's going on

Also with Arctis 1 here (xbox edition) and when the dongle pluged-in app freezes instantly.
