No errors when inviting no users #178

http://bunchydev.azurewebsites.net/Ride/InviteOthersToAdHocBunch?adhocrideid=3 Hit send invites and says email sent even when I didnt enter anyone in.

Have started this fix, but unable to complete as need to add ability to be able to remove empty add user input boxes as if a user adds more than is needed they would then be unable to send any emails. see commit 01ada61b64b8948172a878f85d8e8658e79566bc for code to uncomment once done to add client validation.
