Add support for configuring file digest algorithm (RPMTAG_FILEDIGESTALGO) #68

RPMTAG_FILEMD5S should be renamed to RPMTAG_FILEDIGESTS and support for new RPMTAG_FILEDIGESTALGO should be added.

If FILEDIGESTALGO is not specificied, it defaults to md5 for backwards compatibilitity.
