Ability to hide url bar when unfocused #5

It would be a great option if there was a way to hide the url bar until a user focuses on it by hovering so tabs get maximum space. This theme is sort of what I had in mind. Could you perhaps copy over the relevant css code and tweak it to work with waterfall (I have no idea how it works)?

Stradichenko commented 2 years ago

That's a great idea, what about even keeping hidden the whole bar when unfocused, similar to SlickFox? I'm going to check that theme you recommended to see if it's possible just to stitch something.

I'm not sure how slickfox would work with waterfall as its a oneline theme. But test both of them anyway. Also I remember there being some css configs here that might help.

Let me know how it goes! :)

Thank you for the resource I'll start taking a look into it.

How did your experiment turn out? Any updates?

Zabooby commented 5 months ago

I've moved on from oneliners to vertical tabs here is my full config. If you're still looking for the feature I described above, the closest implementation I've found is in the Cascade theme here.

Thanks for sharing your personal config as well, I have been meaning to try out vertical tabs as well but never got around to do it.
