human.chrs.RData #1

Hello, I am trying to use your script to generate annotation and downstream files; it would seem that the human.chrs.RData is not really a RData file (?), it errors out Error in load("~/project/Tools/R/Chiazzi_RScripts/Efficient-RNA-polymerase-II-pause-release-requires-U2-snRNP-function_2021/Utils/human.chrs.RData") : bad restore file magic number (file may be corrupted) -- no data loaded In addition: Warning message: file ?human.chrs.RData? has magic number '"chr1' Use of save versions prior to 2 is deprecated Please advise Thanks Manoj

Hello Manoj,

sorry for the late reply. I uploaded the file again. Should be working now. If not, the RData is just a vector with the chromosomes names. human.chrs=c(paste0(rep("chr",25), c(1:22, "X","Y","M")))
