would it be possible to take in detector defects text file during processing of raw tiff files, to get rid of things like this dotted line that I have on my micrographs? Thanks. image

Hi Reza, if you could send me a defects file in the preferred format (same as MotionCor2?) and a defective TIFF movie, I'll try to ship this in the next release.

Thanks a lot Dimitry. Just shared a dropbox folder with the gmail address you have here.

Got it, thanks! Could you please tell me how the defects file was created? Does DM have a built-in function for that, or is it a custom format? If it's a DM thing, are you aware of anything similar for Falcon cameras?

According to the EM center director, the file is made in SerialEM. If needed, I can get more details for you next week or put you in touch with them directly.
